Gyms feel intimidating and geared for younger souls and yet as an older adult we are the population that need a considered exercise program the most.
New hands may walk or do some gentle exercise but would really benefit from the structure of a personalised program.

this is the first step for everyone, new and old hands.
I need to know all about you - after years of doing what you do there may be injuries, preferences, and health options that will play a part in your fitness programming.
We will undertake screening and assessment to determine your body’s strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, and importantly your health history, and goals which will all play a part in how we progress with your training.
We can side step this part if you’re confident with your movement & overall health or you’re well equipped with current guidelines from your Physio or exercise physiologist.

fortify your body
let’s bend so we don’t break.
A resistance program consisting of 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week one-on-one and/or with a take-home program.

8 weeks take home only.
$160 one-off fee.

6 week program including 1 session one-on-one per week plus a take-home program for you to complete when you like at home.

an intimate group session (max 5 people)
BB – building blocks group session, for beginners.
Think of this as a fytly Pilates class, and therefore a gentle introduction into bodyweight resistance training, mobility, activation and strength.
SE – strength endurance group session, for more seasoned exercisers.
This is a tough session using primarily your body weight. A little bit Pilates a big bit oomph. Not to be underestimated.
CS – cardio strength.
Some strength endurance with a cardio hit.
SS – super stretch.
Warm up, mobility activation and a long slow stretch.

especially for new hands who want a little something extra (solo or with a friend).
A gentle starter program that builds as you do while I keep an eye on you.
It will be tailored to your goals with an initial focus on mobility as we build strength with a pilates edge.
Ideal for those who do some gentle cardio exercise weekly (eg walking) and need some resistance program guidance.
Consisting of 1 in-person session a week (one-on-one or two-on-one), and 1 take-home session a week that you do alone or with your friend.
8 weeks, 1 session one-on-one plus take-home program.

tailor-made classes for you or a group of friends (up to 5) to cover a specific time frame.
These can be goal orientated (for an event or competition) or simply a progressive set of classes with overall strength in mind.
It's nice to have a beginning, middle and an end to an exercise block – then we can start again!
