I'm a highly personalised exercise professional with a lifelong interest for human movement. My passion lies in helping adults & athletes fortify their bodies and feel good.

Research shows categorically the huge importance of resistance training for health-span and longevity. The older we are the more important it becomes. My life has been filled with fitness and high-performance training and now in my 50's I'm able to use my experience to guide and assist people needing some age and stage-specific help and advice with exercise and resistance training.

I'm committed to helping people with an exercise program that will be useful for life by protecting our physical independence. My real love lies in making us stronger and more capable in our chosen sports and helping to keep us injury free.
